Important Horse Trials Information

2010 Schedule: Two one-day events!
Saturday: BN and T, all three phases
Sunday: N and P, all three phases

Stall Fee for both Friday night and Saturday night: $175
Stall Fee for only Friday night or only Saturday night: $95

Deposits: If you are stabling, you owe two $30 deposits, separate checks, one for stall, one for pinnie. These checks will be torn up or returned to you when pinnie is returned and stall is stripped. If you are not stabling, and your acceptance email shows stall deposit required, it really means pinnie deposit. If you have already sent these deposits, thank you.

Bedding: No initial bedding provided. To order shavings, email to stabling@fitchscorner.com, or fax your order in ahead of time. Doing so will save you $1 per bag. Horse Trials fax: 845-677-8128.

Ride Times: Will be posted on www.fitchscorner.com and also www.area1usea.org no later than Wednesday July 21, in addition to being emailed to all riders. We can tell you now that the Saturday divisions, BN and T, will do stadium and XC back to back, with 15 minutes allowed to go from the stadium field to XC start. The Sunday divisions, N and P, will not do stadium and XC back to back.

Blue Jean Ball: Each entry to the Fitch’s Corner Horse Trials earns one free ticket to the Blue Jean Ball, the party for competitors, trainers, owners and friends.
Please join us on Saturday night, July 24, from 6-11 for dinner and dancing.
Your MUST reserve your free ticket by emailing us at CompetitorBJB@fitchscorner.com. We will need your name, the name of the horse entered and a contact phone number or email. One free ticket per entry. Your ticket will be in your packet. Additional tickets are available for $45 each and can be reserved online.
*The last day to reserve your free Blue Jean Ball ticket is Monday July 19.*

Novice Masters Division: To be eligible for the Novice Masters division you must be 40+, and have not completed more than 2 horse trials at Training level or above in the previous 24 months. If you wish to compete in this division, and have not yet told us that, please do so now.
