The Spectator Luncheon
The Spectator Luncheon is country chic. Enjoy a seated luncheon created by a celebrity chef to be announced and prepared by Dorcas Summerhoff and The Farmer's Wife. Ladies are requested to wear hats, if convenient. Luncheon guests will enjoy stadium jumping, the Collector Car Parade and the presentation of the Fitch's Corner Award. The luncheon benefits the Millbrook Rescue Squad that provides the important emergency EMT service for the community.

Celebrity Chef
Joining Dorcas Summerhoff and her catering company The Farmer's Wife has been the creative services of a celebrity chef to provide an extra flavorful touch to the Sunday Spectator Luncheon. With a focus on local produce the Spectator Luncheon buffet is a gourmet repast. Former celebrity chefs include: Chef Bill Telepan of Telepan, Chef Cruz Goler of Lupa Osteria Romaa, and Chef Bill Peet of Patroon all located in New York City.
